Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current California SLPA credential
- Previous experience as an SLPA in a school or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

- Passion for working with early childhood populations, particularly Pre-K and Kindergarten
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services as directed by a licensed SLP
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect and document student progress data
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Adapt therapy activities to meet the unique needs of each child
