Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fremont, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Previous experience or practicum in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Passion for working with children in elementary and middle school grades
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration abilities with students, teachers, and other school staff
- Ability to manage and organize caseloads across multiple campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services under the supervision of an SLP
- Support students’ communication goals within classroom and therapy settings
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with data collection
- Participate in school meetings, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide input on student needs
- Foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for diverse learners
