What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the supervising SLP to support students’ individualized education plans
- Assist in conducting speech-language screenings and implementing therapy activities as directed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings when needed, providing valuable insight and updates
- Adapt session materials for individualized instruction, ensuring each student receives targeted support
- Help facilitate a positive learning atmosphere in a small district where every staff member’s contribution is valued
