Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - North Richland Hills, TX

This is an on-site opportunity for enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistants who are passionate about helping K–12 learners achieve their goals. The upcoming school year brings the chance to work closely with a diverse student population, primarily on one assigned campus, helping children grow and thrive academically and socially.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas SLPA licensure (must be fully licensed; candidates completing clinical hours will not be considered)
- Experience working with school-age children, preferably in K–12 settings
- Bilingual Spanish/English abilities strongly preferred
- Highly organized with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must complete or verify fingerprints through the TEA (please allow up to 10 business days for results)
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to an assigned caseload of approximately 60–65 students within a K–12 environment
- Collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports students’ unique learning needs
- Communicate regularly with families and educational teams regarding student development
