Qualifications & Preferences:
- Must hold active Texas SLPA licensure
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly preferred
- Required fingerprinting through TEA with processing that can take up to 10 business days
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping students thrive academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support the implementation of IEP goals and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records as required by state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
