What We're Seeking:
- Active Texas SLPA license (required)—candidates must be fully licensed, including completed clinical hours
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, especially with K-12 students
- Bilingual Spanish-English skills highly valued
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Must complete or verify fingerprinting through TEA; allow up to 10 business days for processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLP
- Support implementation of IEP goals, document students' progress, and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support students’ communication needs
- Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
Position Details:
- Full-time contract position—up to 37.5 hours per week
- Assignment will likely be at a single school site (subject to confirmation)
- Serve a dynamic and diverse community, primarily with K-12 aged students
