Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Burleson, TX

What You’ll Need:
• Active Texas SLPA license
• Previous experience in a school-based SLPA role preferred
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through high school
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals strongly encouraged to apply
• Current fingerprint clearance, or willingness to obtain through TEA requirements
• Adaptability, reliability, and a passion for helping students thrive in their communication skills
• Disciplined organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-minded approach
What You’ll Do: • Provide speech and language support to K–12 students as directed by supervising Speech Language Pathologist • Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and assist with therapy activities • Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and clinical staff • Prepare materials, maintain accurate records, and help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students • Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
