School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - New Caney, Texas

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license in the state of Texas
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to implement treatment plans as designed by supervising SLPs
- Comfortable working in a school-based setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Assist in conducting speech and language screenings and assessments
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and data collection
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
