This position accommodates a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week, with general school hours of 8:00-4:00 for elementary and 6:45-2:45 for middle and high school. Flexibility is available within those timeframes, making it easy to create a mutually beneficial daily schedule such as 7:30-3:30.
Qualifications:
- Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA licensure is required
- Ability to work onsite and successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Experience with K-12th grades preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPA candidates are encouraged to apply
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services under supervision to students across multiple grade levels
- Contribute to IEP implementation and ongoing student progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and supervising SLPs to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
- Adapt to flexible scheduling for meetings and student needs within school hours
