School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Bear, Delaware

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA license required
- Experience in school-based or healthcare settings as an SLPA preferred
- Capable of working onsite, and eligible to pass a background check and drug screening
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Open to recent graduates, Clinical Fellows, and licensed SLPAs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement therapy plans and support student success
- Provide direct speech and language interventions individually or in groups
- Assist with documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and staff
- Serve students across all grade levels, adapting services to meet diverse needs
- Participate in meetings, develop materials, and engage with families as appropriate
