Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Indiana SLPA license, meeting all state and school requirements
- Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists and educational teams

- Reliable, organized, and able to adapt to evolving caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as directed by supervising SLPs
- Support students in reaching their individual communication goals
- Maintain accurate session logs, progress notes, and necessary documentation
- Foster positive interactions between students, educators, and families
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student progress
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all duties
