Key Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for school settings (all required certifications up to date)
- Familiarity with the needs of pediatric or adolescent populations in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse classrooms (exact caseload/age range to be determined)
Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Provide direct support to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Accurately document student progress and maintain records as required
- Participate in team meetings, collaborate with educators and staff, and support family engagement
This position offers the flexibility of 30-40 hours per week, scheduled across five days, shaping a consistent and engaging workweek.
