Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLPA license in California
- Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally within the last few years

- Ability to follow therapy plans and take direction from supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to student caseload under the supervision of an SLP
- Support development and implementation of individualized therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Assist in preparing therapy materials and adapting activities to diverse learning needs
- Participate fully in the onsite school community to foster positive student engagement
