Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Olivehurst, CA

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Must hold current SLPA licensure or credential appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience providing speech and language support in educational environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directives from supervising SLPs
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to the school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Support IEP goals through daily therapy sessions, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Engage with students in classrooms or pull-out sessions
- Assist in preparing materials and implementing speech programs as directed
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings as required
- Adapt interventions to support individual learning needs
