School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Olivehurst, California

Onsite contract opportunities are now available for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026/2027 academic year, starting August 11th and concluding June 4th. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a predictable daytime schedule—perfect for professionals who enjoy working directly with students and collaborating with dedicated school teams.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification required
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Ability to implement speech and language therapy plans as directed by a licensed SLP
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with speech and language needs under the supervision of an SLP
- Assist in implementing IEP goals and tracking student progress
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, as assigned
- Help prepare therapy materials and maintain documentation
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students
