School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Marysville, California

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA licensure or certification, meeting state and school requirements
- Previous experience or training working with school-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP processes a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to school settings and various caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Prepare materials and contribute to therapy sessions that engage students
- Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families to enhance student success
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
