Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Raeford, NC

What We're Looking For:
- Active North Carolina licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (required)
- Previous experience in school or healthcare settings as an SLPA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services for varying age groups and needs
- Dedication to professional collaboration and student success
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Support Speech Language Pathologists with implementing therapy plans
- Collect data and assist in documenting student progress
- Conduct individual and group sessions under supervision
- Adapt intervention strategies based on student needs and feedback
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student engagement
- Participate in school-wide team meetings and contribute to IEP development as appropriate
