Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure in Arizona
- Experience working in schools or with children and adolescents preferred
- Understanding of social-emotional learning or experience supporting students with related needs is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language therapy activities under the direction of a licensed SLP
- Track progress and help document student performance
- Provide targeted support to general education students and those receiving resource services
- Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
