Successful candidates will deliver speech and language services on-site, working alongside campus teams to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support students’ growth. Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license (must be in hand; supervision hours to obtain licensure are not provided)
- Previous school-based SLPA or SLP experience required
- Ability to reliably commute to assigned campuses; assignments may include multiple school sites in a geographic area
- On-site availability (remote/virtual is not an option)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to the needs of school-aged children
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language intervention to students under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Document progress toward communication goals and collaborate on IEP development
- Adapt activities to support students’ individual needs
- Maintain professional, organized records and participate in team meetings
- Flexibly support multiple campuses if assigned
