Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Colorado Springs, CO

Starting in early August and extending through late May, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and related service professionals to help students reach their goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in speech or a related field
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLPA licensure
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with high-tech AAC is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to K-8 students as supervised by a licensed SLP
- Support individualized education plan (IEP) implementation for speech-language goals
- Assist with assessments and documentation of student progress
- Maintain accurate records per school and district standards
- Communicate with families and staff regarding student development
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive learning environment
