Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification, or eligibility within the state
- Previous experience with school-aged children in educational or clinical settings preferred
- Knowledge of language, speech, and communication development

- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse classroom needs
- Passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of speech-language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Deliver targeted interventions to students in 1st through 5th grade, both individually and in groups
- Track student progress and document sessions in accordance with school and professional standards
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into daily classroom activities
- Provide feedback and support to parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) processes as needed
