Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in grades 1–5, under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Implement individualized therapy activities that align with students’ educational goals
- Monitor progress, document sessions, and report on student achievements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate strategies and ensure carryover of skills
- Assist with screenings and data collection for IEP meetings
- Maintain a welcoming and encouraging environment for all learners
