Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA certification or licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working with elementary students (grades 1-5) highly valued
- Ability to deliver speech therapy sessions as directed by a supervising SLP
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Eagerness to work closely with teachers, parents, and student support teams

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language interventions to students in grades 1–5 under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) by assisting in goal tracking and progress reporting
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate communication goals into daily activities
- Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student needs and progress
- Use creativity and empathy to motivate students and build supportive relationships
