What We’re Looking For:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a school environment or working with children is preferred
  • Ability to deliver speech-language supports under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and organizational strengths

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing direct therapy services individually or in small groups for K-4 students
  • Implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and tracking student progress
  • Preparing therapy materials and assisting with documentation
  • Collaborating with supervising SLP, teachers, and staff to maximize students’ outcomes
  • Communicating with families and team members about student progress as needed
  • Contributing to a positive, encouraging, and inclusive school environment
