Qualifications/Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting highly desired
- Solid understanding of IEPs and progress documentation
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students, as guided by IEP requirements
- Assist with evaluation, goal setting, and ongoing support for students with communication needs
- Work closely with supervising SLP (if applicable), classroom teachers, and support staff
- Maintain accurate therapy records, documentation, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning, providing input and support as needed
