Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license/credential required
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Background working with elementary-aged children is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language pathology support services to elementary students in accordance with compensatory education requirements
- Collaborate with supervising SLP to implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and assist in preparing required reports
- Work fully onsite, traveling between two nearby elementary school sites as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff and families to support student development
- Adhere to confidentiality and district policies at all times
