Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students with a variety of communication needs, following prescribed intervention plans
- Conduct therapy sessions individually or in small groups as directed
- Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Communicate observations and progress to supervising SLP and school personnel
- Contribute to the general positive culture within the school
