Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Auburn, WA

Responsibilities:
- Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy and interventions to students

- Maintain accurate session documentation and assist in progress tracking for students
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and encouraging school atmosphere
- Collaborate on intervention strategies to help students achieve their communication goals
Qualifications:
- Current WA SLPA license required
- ESY (Extended School Year) credential necessary
- Experience working within school-based or healthcare-based SLPA roles preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability while awaiting specific caseload details
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to student growth and success
