Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Texas SLPA License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- Eligibility for supervision by a credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group and individual speech-language therapy services as directed by your supervising SLP
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Support assessment and data collection activities
- Collaborate with instructional staff and participate in team meetings
- Maintain accurate, timely therapy records
Position Details:
- Full-time hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm, following the academic calendar
- Onsite position working within a school environment
- Contract through the end of the current school year
