Position Overview
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? We are seeking a full-time School SLP to join a supportive special education team in Ypsilanti, MI for the full school-year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students across multiple grade levels while collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to help students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities
Provide speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP, eligibility, and parent meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Promote student success through evidence-based intervention strategies.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License.
(CCC-SLP) preferred.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
