Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or progress toward completion
- Eligibility for Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric experience or enthusiasm for working with children in a school environment
- Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Deliver therapy services in one-on-one or small group settings, addressing articulation, fluency, language, and more
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and consult with teachers to facilitate classroom carryover
- Stay current with best practices and emerging research in speech-language pathology
