Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid licensure and current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech therapy preferred
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication with students, families, and educational teams
- Comfortable adapting to new environments and flexible with caseload assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across early childhood through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver targeted therapy, both individually and in group settings, to foster communication and language growth
- Consult with teachers, parents, and team members to integrate goals into classroom settings
- Maintain precise records of services provided, progress notes, and assessment findings
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative team problem-solving
