Qualifications:

- Current Michigan SLP license in good standing

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting specific student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely records of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student support
- Adapt therapy activities to engage students at all levels of ability and need
