- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
- Proven experience with pediatric populations, preferably within a school or educational context
- Strong foundation in speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and individualized therapy approaches
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Support students in achieving their communication, academic, and social goals within the school setting
- Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training to remain current with best practices
