- Proficiency in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and documenting student progress
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to adapt and individualize interventions for students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students with communication disorders, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as required for student population
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication delays/disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom integration and carryover of therapy techniques
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development reviews
