Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking meaningful contract roles in dynamic school settings near the York, PA area. These onsite positions make a daily difference in the lives of children across a range of ages and abilities.
Multiple in-person SLPs are needed for immediate and upcoming assignments working within early intervention and K-12 educational teams. Providers will benefit from supportive environments, collaborative colleagues, and the opportunity to impact both regular and special education populations.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification
- Pennsylvania teaching certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
- Passion for supporting students with diverse communication and educational needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Clinical Fellows are welcome (agency must facilitate supervision fee); SLPAs not eligible
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and case management for students across multiple school buildings or early intervention locations
- Caseloads may include autism support and mainstream education populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, families, and support teams to maximize student growth
- Maintain accurate records and conduct progress monitoring
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
