Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- CCC-SLP preferred but not required
- SLPA applicants with pediatric and school-based experience also considered
- Experience or coursework in early childhood special education
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy to children ages 3-5 with a range of special education needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Offer direct intervention and support throughout the school year according to student needs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation with dedicated paperwork hours each week
Schedule and Structure:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 35 hours per week
- Year-round calendar with several built-in breaks
- In-person responsibilities at a location near York, PA
