Step into a rewarding opportunity to support students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in the York and New Oxford/Gettysburg region. Multiple contract roles are available, focused on delivering services within school settings and early intervention. These positions promise a meaningful impact and professional growth in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Highlights of Available Roles:

  • Option A: Two SLP positions serving K-12 students, supporting regular education and autistic support classrooms, including some case management. Caseloads are 50-55 students across two elementary schools, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm (35 hours/week), from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027.
  • Option B: One SLP role supporting Early Intervention for ages 3-5 with special education needs in New Oxford/Gettysburg. This is a year-round opportunity (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm), featuring regular school breaks and dedicated weekly paperwork time.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification and Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite school environment (virtual services not available for these roles)
  • Willingness to manage caseloads across multiple buildings and work collaboratively with regular and special education staff
  • Early Intervention experience a plus, especially for the EI role
  • Clinical Fellows may apply, provided agency covers required supervision fee
  • SLPAs are not eligible; only SLPs will be considered

  • Deliver speech and language services, inclusive of assessments, intervention, and collaboration with educational teams
  • Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance
