Elementary K-5 School Speech Language Pathologist - Yelm, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Experience providing therapy to students in elementary (K-5) settings; K-12 experience a bonus
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized speech/language therapy for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports
- Communicate regularly with families and staff to foster student growth
- Support students with a variety of speech and language needs across K-5 classrooms
