You will support approximately 38 elementary-aged students, collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality speech and language services in a remote/virtual learning environment.
Ideal candidates will bring both clinical expertise and strong technology skills, as the current model is entirely remote. The district is proactively seeking a highly qualified and tech-savvy SLP who is comfortable navigating online platforms and eager to make an immediate impact. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Appropriate licensure for practice in Washington State
- Recent experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings
- Strong familiarity and comfort with online platforms and virtual service delivery
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38 students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions via remote instruction
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in virtual meetings as needed
