Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible to obtain Washington State SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- School-based SLP experience highly valued
- Commitment to onsite, in-person work (no virtual/remote options)
- Willingness to complete fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEP/504 goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility evaluations
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding communication disorders and interventions
