Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and relevant credentials for school-based practice (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, teletherapy, and school SLP services
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply; supervision available
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP systems and documentation processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students with communication needs in a school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other allied professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and participate in team meetings (including administrative and indirect service time)
- Adapt services to meet the needs of both itinerant and on-site placements
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided
