Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spanaway, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain before the start date
- SLP-CCC credential required
- School-based SLP experience highly desired
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI or be able to do so before starting
- Flexibility to work on-site full time (37.5 hours per week)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student
