Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Washington SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
- OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working onsite (no virtual positions available)
- Ability to adapt therapy for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Engage with educators, parents, and related professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide screenings, direct intervention, and consultative support as needed
