We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple onsite positions during the 2026-2027 academic year. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current WA State SLP license or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of student evaluations, IEP development, and individualized intervention
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or willing to complete process)
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Ability to work onsite only—virtual candidates will not be considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for each student
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders and support
