What we’re looking for:
- Current MS SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working in schools and/or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Teletherapy or healthcare-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing services across a variety of ages and disability types
In this role, you will:
- Provide speech-language therapy and support in a K-12 environment across multiple campuses
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for a diverse caseload
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Engage in regular progress monitoring and documentation while adjusting interventions as needed
- Deliver both on-site and teletherapy services to meet student needs
This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, with the flexibility you need to focus on what matters most—student progress and your own work-life balance.
