Key Qualifications:
- Active MS SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants encouraged
- Background in pediatric therapy and/or school-based SLP services
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and report writing
- Effective communicator and collaborator with families and school teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy, supporting students with varied needs and disabilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals with educators, support staff, and families
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Communicate progress and recommendations to caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
