- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate well with educators, parents, and allied service providers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Document progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school guidelines
- Offer direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
