What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or in-progress for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or eligibility as a CFY
  • Experience or strong passion for working with pediatric populations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to meet IEP goals in both individual and group settings
  • Monitor and document student progress, communicating results and recommendations to families and school teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff to optimize student success
  • Provide consultative support and training to teachers and families as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all district and state regulations
