What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or in-progress for Clinical Fellowship Year
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or eligibility as a CFY
- Experience or strong passion for working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to meet IEP goals in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating results and recommendations to families and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff to optimize student success
- Provide consultative support and training to teachers and families as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all district and state regulations
