Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Xenia, OH

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric and school-based experience preferred; new graduates completing their CFY are encouraged to apply
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, with adaptability for diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Work closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
