Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado SLPA licensure is required
- Clinical expertise in pediatric speech language pathology, with experience in school settings preferred
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Experience delivering therapy onsite and/or via teletherapy is valued
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology
