What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Colorado SLPA licensure required
- Previous experience or knowledge in any of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-Teletherapy, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School
- Ability to provide effective services across a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to students
- Documenting services and progress for each student as required
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student learning and success
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Keeping up-to-date with best practices and compliance requirements in speech-language pathology
